Went to this salon for a caramel highlights with brown undertone hair. My hair was at least 3 different shades of blonde/brown by the time I left. Nothing was even. To make matters worst, I asked for A TRIM maybe an Inch or less for split ends because I was getting married in 3 months so I wanted to maintain my length. JACKIE herself cut almost 4- Inches off my hair. I was in disbelief. My hair went from being waist length to mid back length. I’m so absolutely heartbroken because she did not listen to what I wanted and had the audacity to say “oh it’s too short?” No apology. The color also did not look anything like the photo I showed her. Then she charged me $380. Safe to say I will never be returning or recommending . Not professional. They just be doing whatever they want and charging you.

I took my Mom there a few times before she passed a couple years ago and let me tell you my Mom a very modest woman was So Happy with How She looked with her hair done from Jackie's! She looked like a Queen👑.Pure Royalty. I was so happy! I have Great Picture Memories of My mom looking Fabulous because of JACKIE'S. I have gone to this salon before but this time when I visited they were very unprofessional. First of all, they shampooed my hair twice. The first time, the woman massaged my head for at least two minutes to the point where my scalp was getting sore. The second time that she shampooed my hair, it was for at least one minute and my scalp was already in pain from the previous time that she shampooed me. Then the woman didn’t rinse the bottom of my hair at all and when I was finished with the rinse, I could hear the soap bubbles in my ears. I can’t see without my glasses which were off while I was getting my hair cut but I asked for a straight cut to the level of my mid-neck and she said that she remembered from the last time I was there because I asked her to give me the haircut that I had last time. By the time my haircut was over, my hair was extremely short in the back and the front was even shorter than the back. When I put my glasses on and I saw that she messed up my hair, she asked if I wanted my hair shaved, which is totally bizarre, since I wanted a straight cut, to the level of my mid-neck. When I paid, they charged me an extra $5 for “styling” my hair. The styling was actually for cutting my hair extremely short in the front, which I did not ask for or want, along with cutting it extremely short in the back. I explained that they messed up my hair, but they were totally unremorseful and insisted that I still pay an extra $5 for “styling.” I don’t recommend going to this place because they will just cut your hair whatever way they feel like and will charge for things that you don’t ask for, even if those things mess up your hair, like mine.

I love the way my hair looked when I was done at Jackie’s. It was smooth and silky when I was done I felt so pretty, they also did not over charge me like some people. Jackie was really nice and even the products they put in my hair you can tell they love taking good care of their customers. The lady who did my hair was so nice she cut my hair so neat and perfect. I have to go get beautified soon!
